At Orba Plants, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our policy below.


1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@obraplants.com or +971 56 476 9585 with photos of the damage.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Important Notes

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, altered, or removed from their original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized orders are non-refundable unless faulty.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
